Sorry I'm Not Your Poster Child

This project explores still life photography that explores non-traditional animals that are threatened to climate change. Polar bears and penguins are the leading beloved 'poster children' of global warming, without consideration that ALL animals, even farm animals are at risk.

Exploring ice cubes through still life photography is important because I intend to capture a cultivating image to evoke emotions from viewers and to gain more experience in photography.  I also find it important to study aesthetics for personal growth and to explore a different type of photograph that is outside of my comfort zone, such as utilizing different spaces like a lighting studio. The use of either light or food coloring will enhance the composition and overall effectiveness about brining awareness to climate change.
